general terms and conditions of rasselfisch – our small print. • test your purchase for 14 days • get your money back if you decide to return it • where shall i send my returns? • postage and packaging within germany • postage and packaging outside germany • prices • tax-free • payment methods • unpaid items • declined orders • retention of title • data protection • warranty • copyright • imprint test your purchase for 14 days sometimes items are different than expected or just not your cup of tea. of course you can return these items within 14 days. but since all returns mean great costs for us - please choose your items with care. if the costs for returns become too high we may eventually have to pass on some of these costs to you by increasing the prices of our products and nobody would want that. if you have any queries regarding our products - please call us! we'll be happy to help you. ++49 (0) 721 81989067 get your money back if you decide to return it you can return any item bought from rasselfisch free of charge within 14 days without stating a reason for the return. if you are not satisfied with one of our deliveries - please call us. we will arrange an exchange, a return with credit or a bank transfer (please send us your banking information in order to do so). we will transfer the money to you as soon as the item is back with us and checked for damage. important: the items have to be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, umarked and without any signs of usage. please hold on to the original packaging until you are absolutely sure you want to keep the item. we reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is impaired by usage or damage. so please test-drive the strollers in your living room and not on the street! please note that individual items sold at a reduced price, sale items and custom made items are not refundable. where shall i send my returns? please send your returns to: rasselfisch GmbH akademiestr. 9-11 d–76133 karlsruhe germany since freight collect charges are high we would ask you to prepay the postage for your returns and we will transfer the money for that immediately (please send us your banking details in order to do so). for returns of bulk goods (strollers, beds, pillow play houses etc.) within germany we offer a pick-up service via dpd - simply give us a call or write an e-mail, we will organise the rest. please note that we cannot bear the expenses for returns from outside germany. postage and packaging within germany delivery costs are 5 euros up to an order value of 149,99 euros. if your order value exceeds 150 euros, delivery is free. delivery within germany via dpd and fast-way, sometimes dhl. express delivery: if you need to get an item very very fast, we'll also send it express for an extra fee. you can enquire about the charges beforehand. postage and packaging outside germany postage and packaging outside of germany will be charged according to weight. example: postage and packaging for a stroller to most eu-countries is about 30 euros. the exact shipping costs are listed in step “verify“ when you are placing your order. at this point you can still cancel your order if postage and packaging are too high. express delivery: if you need to get an item very very fast, we'll also send it express for an extra fee. you can enquire about the charges beforehand. dear swiss customers! naturally you'll get our items for net-prices and exclusive of vat! but a recurring problem concerning orders from switzerland are the (relatively steep!) bank charges that are deducted from our invoices. so please make sure when transferring money that the whole amount invoiced is credited to our account. an easy way to avoid bank charges is paying via paypal. you can register for a paypal account free of charge. attention! unfortunately packaging costs to switzerland have been raised dramatically and we cannot help but charge them...
