help a little introduction to how our website works • how to find a special item • order • general terms and conditions • help line how to find a special item our product range is divided into different segments. every product belongs to at least one segment. this means you have to “click“ on every fish at least once to see all our products. after you have picked one of the segments you will see all of the items in this segment moving from right to left on the screen. if you want to know more about a special item, just click on the picture. this will open a window with the item's description. now you can either go back or let the “next“-arrow on the lower right “>“ take you to the next page. order if you want to place an order, just click on the “order“ button on the item's page. it will either bring you directly to your shopping basket or a page saying “please select your item“ will appear first. if you want to know how many items are already in your shopping basket, just “click“ on the left fish in the upper navigation bar. listed in your shopping basket are all your selected items. you can delete items or add items to your shopping basket. the order transaction is devided into four steps: choose, register, verify and order. where can i find the general terms and conditions? you will find a link to our general terms and conditions at the bottom of every page. help line if you have any questions concerning your order, don't hesitate to call us: ++49 (0)721 819 890 67 or send an email: info@rasselfisch.de
